The powerclothes series

So there are times in a girl's life when she must dress up to adhere to some settings dictated by some facets of her life, like work for example.  As I have mentioned before, I am an architect and sometimes, I just have to dress that part especially if I have meetings and presentations.

So here are my best picks these past few months that I believe embodies a career woman's life.  Here is my workwear series. Enjoy loves.

SHADES OF GRAY
This Victoria Beckham dress is quite flattering for my body type.  At first, I had my doubts because I have only seen it on the very slim models.  But when I tried it on, I was sold.  I paired it with skyhigh heels and I must admit that I felt quite the superbitch that day.

NEUTRAL ALL THE WAY
I love the formality and lightness of this dress but I had problems walking in it.  The lower part is quite tight and doesn't really allow much movement.  I bought this from an online store here in China and it is quite cheap.  I think it is just more or less 20USD.

BLACK AND WHITE: Who wouldn't go for the classic black and white ensemble for workwear?  Another online buy for me  and another one that is less than 20 dollars.  Who says workwear needs to be expensive?  If the clothes look good, I will wear it no matter what the price is.  After consecutive days of wearing heels, i had decided to wear a low wedge heels  from Charles and Keith instead.  My feet just gotta breathe.

FEMME TUX
This look actually reminds me of the tuxedo hence the title.  I wore this for a townhall meeting and project review.  The coat is from Zara, white lace top from Mango and the trousers is also from Zara.  Bag is from Nine West and boots is from Aldo.
